What we do

Three pillars, equal weight.

We raise awareness for steward ownership, advise companies on converting, and seed new national field builders. Income is an attribute of some activities, not a fourth pillar — the conversion work pays for itself; the field-building work is how the movement grows.

01 Convert

Conversion consulting, done directly where no chapter exists.

In markets without a local field builder, we do the advisory work ourselves — and every engagement leaves behind reusable legal templates for that jurisdiction. This is paid work: it funds the awareness and chapter-building that can't fund itself. As chapters mature, we hand this work to them.

What this includes:

  • Conversion consulting — advising companies through the switch
  • Exploration sessions — a first, low-commitment look at whether it fits
  • Workshops and keynotes
  • Legal localisation — jurisdiction-specific templates and a practitioner network
  • Succession-wave targeting — reaching ageing first-generation founders

02 Coordinate

Coordinating the field rather than sitting on top of it.

We are a regional field builder for uncovered markets — not a continent-wide umbrella over existing chapters. Where organisations already exist, we partner and coordinate; we don't duplicate or absorb them.

What this includes:

  • Partnering with existing field builders and national chapters
  • EU-level policy advocacy
  • National policy monitoring
  • Convening founders, advisors and investors
  • Data and monitoring — a steward ownership census for the region

03 Create

Building the field where there is none.

In zero-awareness markets, we start from the ground: making the case, finding the first founders, and incubating a national field builder with shared back-office support until it can stand on its own.

What this includes:

  • Awareness-building in zero-awareness markets
  • Chapter incubation with shared back-office support
  • The Baltic pilot — our first region

What we don't do

Deliberate boundaries.

Two things we've decided to stay out of, on purpose:

  • Certification or labeling schemes. We're not building a stamp of approval.
  • Direct company advisory at scale in markets that already have a chapter. That's the local organisation's work — we'd be competing with the field instead of building it.
